Purpose of Job:

This is a position in our payroll department and is responsible for weekly transactions and jobs processing related to all components of pay/payments.  The goal is for Outstanding Customer Service in delivering high-tech, low-cost solutions to the organization for repeatable transaction processing.

 

We need candidates who can fulfill the following Duties and Responsibilities: 

v     Perform, monitor and support transaction processing for all components of pay

v     Perform various issues resolution-research, analyze, and update employee information and follow-up as needed in a timely fashion.

v     Ensure consistency and compliance in payroll processing, deadlines and documentation maintenance.

v     Provide outstanding service to our customers’ consistently.

v     Comply with federal and state regulations in addition to company’s policies, procedures and deadlines.

 

Job Requirements:

v     One year of combined payroll processing experience preferred, but not necessary

v     Self motivated and team player

v     Ability to handle multiple tasks and exceptional organizational skills

v     Proficient typing/numerical data entry ability

v     Excellent customer service skills and strong sense of urgency

v     Strong PC skills and experience Microsoft Office

v     Knowledge of payroll wage/tax laws and People Soft experience preferred.

v     Must be available to work a Sunday schedule.
