Join our Corporate Advisory and Restructuring team as a senior associate in our Montreal office

The Corporate Advisory and Restructuring practice's seasoned professionals are dedicated to helping troubled companies to stabilize operations, diagnose underperforming areas, develop and implement strategies for survival, turnaround and growth, as well as assist the creditors, lenders and holders involved

You have completed your CA or CMA designation and have between 2 and 4 years' financial/business/accounting experience.

You have strong analytical skills and your interests lie in business operations and management;

You also have advanced technical expertise;

You are an excellent communicator, both oral and written, in English and French.

You will participate in financial and operational reviews of businesses, as well as the development of a Montreal client base in a changing and demanding environment. Highly motivated and ready to travel, you have a positive influence on a teamwork environment and can work autonomously

You will be expected to enrol in the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals program to first work towards your Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation and, eventually, your licence as a trustee in bankruptcy
