Our client company is a globally active company in one of the fastest growing industries-the automation industry.Credit Representative: Responsible for calling customers on a daily basis regarding payment status of invoices. Must work closely with sales department, buyers, regional sales manager, etc. in order to resolve problems that could delay payment. Faxing of invoices,  to obtain proof of delilvery, etc. in order to clear invoice for payment. Will be responsible for communicating problem accounts to Credit Manager.Essential duties and responsibilities:Collect past due accounts, follow up on unauthorized payment deductions, apply cash daily to customer accounts, run reports and  determine goals and objectives. Education and or Experience:High School diploma along with working knowledge of accouting systems and procedures in required, college level accounting coursework is preferred.Commerical collection experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Strong computer experience including Excel.
