Data Entry Specialist

Job Purpose:

Will be keying numeric and alpha numeric data.

Must have intermediate knowledge with Excel.

Must have worked with a database and have it listed on the resume.

Must have a minimum of 9,000 KSPH with no error's to be considered for this position.

 

Duties:

* Prepares source data for entry by compiling and organizing data; establishing priorities; resolving incomplete and unclear data.

* Enter customer information by manipulating exsisting excel spreadsheets.

* Verifies and balances data by correcting reject report and code errors; pulling and returning data to user for correction.

* Completes data management by resolving rushes and troubleshooter problems.

* Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

*Other assigned tasks as needed such as covering for switchboard operator.
