DIRECTOR OF RETAIL OPERATIONS

The Tsay Corporation is looking for a motivated and entheusiastic individual for the position of Director of Retail Operations.  The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of our retail division.  The individual must be driven to find new and exciting companies to expand within our division.  Must be able to oversee multiple properties.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Must implement new marketing strategies to increase profitability and

 customer base

-Must negotiate contracts for new business opportunities

-Must oversee inventory and loss prevention

-Must be proficient in merchandising and buying

-Must oversee operations for multiple properties

-Must work with multiple vendors to ensure proper sales, orders,

 and inventory

-Must train all suboordinate staff in policy and procedure, customer

 service, and all sales/inventory equipment

-Must generate custom reports for presentation

-Must handle evaluations, salary compensation, and employee discipline

-Must be a motivator and maximize employee potential

-Must be computer literate and have outstanding verbal and writing

 skills

-Must be able to reduce labor and cost

-Must have ten (10) years progressive retail experience

-Must possess some college education

-Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen
