We are currently recruiting on the following position for our client:

 

DIRECTOR EXTERNAL REPORTING for privately held international manufacturing company located in Central New Jersey.

 

Salary:  to $175k + bonus

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· 10 -12 years experience

· Public / Private combination experience preferred

· CPA required

· Big 4 experience a plus

· SEC experience required

· IPO experience a big plus

· Large multinational experience a plus

· Strong communications skills

 

JOB DUTIES:

· Coordinate international consolidation and financial reporting

· Compliance with SEC regulations, GAAP standards and financial reporting requirements

· Liaison with Management, Investors and Auditors

· Perform assessments of financial risks and opportunities

· Analyze business needs and develop solutions
