Credit and Collections Manager

This large manufacturing company, a subsidiary of a $1B publicly traded corporation, is in search of a qualified Credit and Collections Manager.  The company recently relocated to a brand new space, conveniently located on the eastside of Cleveland.

The Credit and Collections Manager will be responsible for the following:Supervising all collections calls and administering the Company's Credit PolicyOverseeing a staff of threeCalling customers whose receivables are over terms and performing necessary follow up callsApproving credit limits and releasing orders from credit holdInteracting with a variety of internal departments including production, sales, accounting and customer serviceAssisting the Director as needed

The Credit and Collections Manager must possess the following minimum requirements:Bachelors degree in a business related field7 - 10 years of collections experience, gained in a large company5 plus years of supervisory experienceAbility to interface with internal associates and external customersKnowledge of Excel and Word; experience with an ERP systems is plus

This is a wonderful opportunity with a stable manufacturing company that continues to grow.  The role will initally oversee a staff of three but more staff will be added in the future.
