Farmington Hills Construction company (confidential) is looking for a Credit Review/Analyst professional to take on collections of COD payments as well as perform credit functions, making sure they comply with company and corporate policy and Michigan law! This is a permanent, Full-time position and they are looking to start this individual ASAP. Duties include but not limited to: -Reviewing receivables and filing Notice of Furnishings in a timely manner. -Filing construction liens -Handling credit research and appropriate follow-up. -Obtaining bonds. -Billing and collections experience preferred. -Requires high level of attention to detail and accuracy while completing tasks in a timely manner. Qualified Candidate MUST: -Exhibit good interpersonal and customer service skills - be familiar with construction lien laws in the State of Michigan (a plus) -be able to compose and comprehend short correspondence as well as effectively present information in a one on one and group situations. -have good computer/data entry skills. -High School diploma required. Prefer 2 years of college, or one to three years related experience.
