Cost Accountant Specialist
Well known company in Oxnard seeking a Cost Accounting Specialist (temporary position until end of year.) Pay rate $23.00 - $25.00/hr. DUTIES: Under limited supervision, complete special projects related to accounting and materials management. Perform accurate and detailed cost accounting analyses.Maintain accurate files of customers and other financial records. Conduct physical inventory of fixed assets.Compile a list of resellers.Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA or GED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years in accounting and 2 years in cost accountingExperience in a manufacturing environment Experience with Syteline ERP is preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Strong oral and written communication skills in English· Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Must be accurate with strong attention to detail· Ability to organize complex responsibilities and follow through with themProficiency with MS Office.
