This position is looking for a candidate to be responsible for supervising a staff of 15 full time employees. This candidate will be a supervisor in the general accounting department, and responsible for maintaining and overseeing general accounting practices. ? Hedging Risk Compliance Committee? Sarbanes-Oxley Steering Committee? Disclosure Control Committee? Ensure complete compliance with GAAP, SEC, & SOXRequirements ? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance ? Hold a current CPA designation ? 15 years of Accounting experience ? Direct experience with an Oil and Gas company ?
