Le coordonnateur, Planification de la continuité des opérations assure des services professionnels et spécialisés en matière de planification de la continuité des opérations, de gestion de projet, d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Principales responsabilités :
Continuité des opérations (Canada)
Aider les unités opérationnelles à l'égard de ce qui suit:
Conception, élaboration et documentation des plans de continuité des unités opérationnelles
Établissement des fonctions essentielles et sensibles au temps
Évaluation des répercussions possibles sur les opérations (analyse des répercussions sur les opérations)
Coordonner l'établissement de calendriers des unités opérationnelles pour la tenue et la mise à jour annuelles des documents sur la continuité des opérations, les exercices ainsi qu'une revue et une validation indépendantes
Élaborer et coordonner des exercices pour le plan de continuité des opérations
Documenter les résultats de tous les tests et exercices, et identifier toute amélioration recommandée à l'égard des plans et procédures de continuité des opérations
Recommander des stratégies et des options de reprise des opérations, et collaborer à la mise en œuvre de solutions en matière de reprise
Fournir une expertise et un soutien à la direction et aux unités opérationnelles en cas d'interruption des opérations
Établir des rapports sur l'état de la continuité des opérations à l'intention de la haute direction, du conseil d'administration canadien et du conseil d'administration à l'échelle mondiale
Établir des calendriers pour la formation/sensibilisation des unités opérationnelles
Reprise après sinistre (Canada)
Aider les unités opérationnelles à définir les applications essentielles et sensibles au temps
Travailler avec CTS à la planification et à l'exécution de tests de reprise après sinistre sur les applications identifiées par les unités opérationnelles canadiennes
Coordonner et diriger les personnes chargées d'effectuer les tests
Disponibilité requise :
Doit fournir un soutien sur appel 24 heures sur 24, sept jours sur sept, lorsqu'une urgence peut nécessiter l'activation de la totalité ou d'une partie des plans de continuité des opérations et peut être appelé à voyager à l'occasion
Santé et sécurité (Ontario)
Diriger tous les aspects de la santé et de la sécurité à nos deux emplacements en Ontario, au 100 University et à Richmond Hill
Expérience et compétences :
De trois à cinq ans d'expérience en matière de continuité des opérations
Une connaissance générale du secteur serait un atout.
Fortes compétences en analyse, en organisation et en prise de décision
Fortes compétences en communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Doit pouvoir servir d'interface avec tous les niveaux de l'entreprise et avec des contacts de l'extérieur
Fortes compétences administratives, et efficacité lorsqu'il s'agit d'élaborer des tâches et de gérer des ressources en vue de respecter des échéances
Doit être un chef d'équipe et un membre productif au sein d'une équipe
Fortes compétences avec les applications informatiques (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
The Business Continuity Planning Coordinator provides professional, specialized skills on business continuity planning, project management, problem analysis and resolution.
Major Responsibilities:
Business Continuity (Canada):
Assist business units with:
Design, development, and documentation of business unit continuity plans
Establishing critical, time-sensitive functions
Assessment of potential business impact (Business Impact Analysis)
Coordinate development of business unit schedules for annual business continuity documentation maintenance and update, exercises, and independent review and validation
Develop and coordinate business continuity plan exercises
Document the results of all tests and exercises and identify any recommended enhancements to the Business Continuity plans and procedures
Recommend recovery strategies and options, and assist with the implementation of recovery solutions
Provide expertise and support to management and business units when a business disruption occurs
Prepare reports on business continuity status for senior management, Canadian Board of Directors and Global Board of Directors
Develop schedules for training / awareness for business
Disaster Recovery (Canada)
Assist business units with definition of critical, time-sensitive applications
Partner with CTS for the planning and execution of Disaster Recovery testing on applications identified by the Canadian business
Coordinate and lead Business testers
Availabilities required:
Required to provide 24x7 on-call support for any emergency which may require activation of all or part of the Business Continuity plans.
Occasional travel required
Health & Safety (Ontario)
Lead all aspects of Health & Safety in our 2 Ontario locations at 100 University and Richmond Hill
Experience & Skills:
3 - 5 years experience in business continuity
General industry knowledge would be an asset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
Strong verbal / written communications. Must be able to interface with all levels within the business as well as external contacts
Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates
Must be a leader and a productive team player
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
