Bank Mutual, one of Wisconsin’s most stable financial institutions, has an excellent opportunity for an outstanding accounting professional to be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting functions of our company and its subsidiaries.

Major Responsibilities Include:Safeguarding the company’s assets through maintenance of accurate records, timely account reconciliations, and research of suspense items Establishing and maintaining accounting policies and proceduresSupervising the company’s wire transfer, accounts payable, and cash management functionsSupervising a staff of eight direct and three indirect reports

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA designation and five to ten years of progressively more responsible accounting experience in a financial institution or public accounting firm. SEC Reporting experience desirable. Previous accounting staff supervision a plus.
