As we continue on our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Manager of Contract Recruiting to add to our accounting and financial recruitment practice.

The Manager of Contract Recruiting will be responsible for business development and strategic recruitment of top talent in the Los Angeles market.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
>Development of new client partnerships
>Growth and maintenance of existing client partnerships
>Talent acquisition: source, recruit, interview and evaluate the technical skills of potential contract consultants
>Conduct in-depth professional references of potential contract consultants
>Identify and provide clients with necessary resources to assist in the effective completion of time sensitive projects on an interim or project basis
>Identify and attend networking opportunities to assist in increasing firm’s market share
>Assist in identifying talent to support our firm’s continuous growth
>Provide mentoring and assist in the training of new recruiting associates
