Construction Accounting Manager

We are looking for a Construction Accounting Manager who will work closely with both the Contractor and Construction Manager to help facilitate the close out of projects.  Responsibilities for this position include reconciling final costs for each subcontractor and the General Contractor and ensuring all supporting documentation is received and is in order; reviewing contractor bid summaries and change orders for proper supporting documentation.  Review includes confirming the funding source for any changes is identified, as well as, identifying and reporting any costs that do not have a funding source; assisting the Director of Construction Accounting with ad-hoc reports requested by Executive Management; preparing the cash forecast on a monthly basis. Responding to both internal audit report findings and requests for information; reviewing job cost reports for proper coding; providing expenditure information as requested for bank financing.
