Construction Accountant/Bookkeeper

Construction Accountant Needed here in West Palm Beach!

Responsibilities:

Current experience with complex balance sheet reconciliation – very high volume. Cost accounting experience is a plus.

 *Assembles construction financial data by establishing methods, procedures, sources, and models.

* Monitors construction results by verifying weekly critical path balancing.

* Calculates sales and cost of sales by comparing construction budget with variance calculations; scheduling job closing sessions; querying databases.

* Maintains job cost system by preparing cost worksheets.

* Interprets construction financial information by consolidating, studying, and analyzing data.

* Develops job cost recommendations by drawing conclusions from analyzed information.

* Provides special information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
