Looking for seasonal computer desktop support specialist, with 3+Â years field experience. Specialist will be responsible for the day-day maintenance and setup ofÂ Jackson Hewitt tax offices containing desktop computer equipment, light SOHO network switches, cable management, and printers. Specialist needs to have some TCP/IP networking skills, ability to GHOST (duplicate) systems, Microsoft OS Windows 2000, XP experience, and be able to communicate effectively. Ability and vehicle to travel locally, and be available to support after hours in the event of problems. Some Windows Server OS a plus. Candidate should send resume to:
