We accomplish this mission through our people—a cadre of exceptionally talented individuals who genuinely care about improving patient outcomes, and who work together to develop leading-edge technology and services.Responsible for creating and maintaining databases to track payments made by ANS to physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals.  Responsible for collecting time sheets submitted by physician consultants and verifying adherence to contract terms before authorizing payment.  Perform tasks that contribute to the success of the ANS Compliance Program, perform daily functional administration activities, help educate sales team and other ANS employees regarding Compliance Program requirements, and influence the development of a robust Compliance Program at ANS.Major, On-Going Responsibilities:  · Create and maintain a database that outlines relevant terms of contractual and non-contractual arrangements between ANS and physicians, hospitals or other health care professionals· Review time sheets submitted by physician consultants and determine whether payment, partial payment or denial of payment is appropriate· Create and maintain systems to track payments made to physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals for services rendered· Review Health Care Professional Expense reports submitted by health care professionals and determine whether reimbursement, partial reimbursement or denial of reimbursement is appropriate· Create and maintain systems to track reimbursements made by ANS for expenses incurred directly by healthcare professionals· Work with T&E Auditors and Compliance Officer to identify and resolve compliance issues· Work with Compliance Officer to conduct audit of payment tracking system at least three times per year· Work with St. Jude Medical Internal Audit and independent review organization to gather data and records for annual audits· Work with team members to meet compliance objectives within specified time frame and budget Experience & Training:  · Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business· 2+ yrs experience in a corporate environment (preferably in the health care industry)· Proficient with MS Excel and other MS Office applications (Word, PPT & Outlook)· Basic knowledge of compliance function and accounting principals· Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective interpersonal and team work skills· Excellent attention to detail · Excellent organizational skills· Ability to multi-task effectively· Ability to prioritize requests and tasks· Ability to work in a team environment· Basic understanding of databases Qualified candidates may apply online via our website at http://www.ans-medical.com/careers and reference position # ANS1309.  No agencies or phone calls, please.
