Job Requirements: HR Project Team Lead Qualifications:-Prior C-suite interaction-Prior sales experience and accountability-Experience leading projects-Deep knowledge of healthcare broad based pay compensation-Consulting firm background/experience a MUST, preferably in a big accounting/consulting or HR Consulting firm- 10 to 15 years compensation consulting experience with at least 5 years experience in healthcare consultingTechnical Skills:-Broad Based Pay focus-Union labor management costing-Union and potentially labor negotiations-Premium pay structure, utilization analysis and costing of potential charges-Development of compensation strategies, philosophies and programs that address clients’ attraction and retention needs and align pay with performance-Design short-term and long-term incentive programs that reinforce clients’ strategic objectives-Executive compensation a plus-Advanced Microsoft Excel SkillsThe ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS or higher degree in Human Resource Management in addition to strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Advanced computer skills and HR consulting experience required. SPHR or CEBS desired. Must have access to direct flights and be willing to travel 80+%.*Individuals who do not meet these requirements will NOT be considered.
