Commercial Real Estate Lease Administrator

Job Description
Two or more years of experience in lease administration or commercial property accounting reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate lease documents. Able to understand and interpret complex abstract commercial lease terminology.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience.
Should have excellent analytical, communication and computer skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
Experienced with MRI.
Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
