Commercial Property Management Director/Accounting Manager

Growing commercial real estate Property Management Company with multi-state shopping centers and regional malls has immediate opening for Accounting Manager with Yardi Voyager/Quickbooks experience.



Responsibilities include but not limited to:

General Ledger maintenance, monitoring accruals, account reconciliations, preparation of financial reports, monitoring construction draws, submission to Lenders for release of Reserves, month end close. Variety of administrative responsibilities including ability to effectively communicate with National & Regional tenants on legal leasing issues and confidential handling of owner’s personal companies.

 

Must have/be:

Strong accounting & bookkeeping as evidenced by work experience;

Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a calm and efficient manner; able to finish tasks without frustration, at times when there are constant disruptions

Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to take ownership of the position and work with minimal supervision

Discrete and able to maintain confidentiality

Ability to work with a wide variety of personality types

 

Desired Skills:

Ideal candidate will possess accounting related experience in regional malls and neighborhood shopping centers, be self-motivated and have a great attitude

Computer literate w/Windows & Email

Proficient in Yardi/Voyager, MicroSoft Word and Excel required, Quickbooks a plus

Typing 45+/wpm

College degree preferred, as well as commercial management property background

 

Compensation:
