College Relations ManagerSoutheast RegionREQUIREMENTSClassification: Level 6 / ExemptReports to: Regional Director of Human Resources - SoutheastKey clients: Regional Leadership and HR Community Travel: 35-40%Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProfessional Attributes: Strong oral an written communication skills, ability to relate and partner effectively to all levels of employees, good organizational skills with the ability to perform various tasks simultaneously,PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe College Relations Manager is responsible for recruiting qualified campus graduates to fill entry-level and intern positions in the Southeast Region. The College Relations Manager develops and maintains relationships with campus placement offices and faculty, coordinates recruiting activities, responsible for the firm's brand and image on the college campus, as well as providing recruiting teams with guidance on recruitment processes and is the point person for students. Key Accountabilities' Recruit on campus to fill staff and intern positions.' Act as primary recruiting point of contact for key client groups regarding specific candidates; develop and maintain relationships with faculty, career office employees, students and the campus recruiting teams.' Actively recruit internal client service volunteers to represent the firm on campus. Train client service professionals and provide subject matter expertise on recruiting issues.' Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates. ' Maintain a constant and steady focus on the local market-place and disseminate local market intelligence to key client groups.' Assist with national initiatives as needed.' Utilize firm standard tools to capture all recruiting and hiring activity.' Receives general supervision and is competent to work independently within area of expertise.
