Collector/AR Specialist - Call (760) 729-8916Description: Are you an analytical A/R professional with a Collections background looking for an optimizing & rewarding career? Look no further! We are currently recruiting for career-minded, dedicated, & professional individuals with 3-5 years Collections and Accounts Receivable experience.Primary Job Responsibilities(but not limited to): * Post cash receipts on daily basis * Prepare bank deposits * Troubleshoot customer accounts receivable issues on a daily basis * Manage collections on a daily basis and prepare a weekly cash collections status report to ensure customer account issues are being addressed * Perform special projects with supervision from the Controller * Process customer credits and interact with the returns department to ensure the proper approval procedures are completed * Perform routine federal government on-line invoicing * Assist Accounts Payable department during month-end close with AP data-entry and purchase order invoice verification * Perform daily customer invoicing and schedule shipping pick-ups in the absence of the invoicing clerk Volt Services Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a commitment to fostering diversity in the workplace.
