Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  CU-35240-527655 Location:  OH 43215 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee A well respected, expanding company in the Columbus area is seeking a qualified and experienced Collections Supervisor.  This is an excellent opportunity for any collections clerk with a supervisor or management background to join a successful and internationally known company.   The collections supervisor is responsible for managing the collections call center, and is the main liaison between the collections clerk and the management staff.  The collections supervisor is also responsible for managing team productivity, monitoring workload, ensuring quality and standards are being achieved, and guidelines are being followed.   Other responsibilities of the Collections Supervisor include, but are not limited to:   -Assists in interviews, trains, develops, and retains top call center associate talent -Manages individual and department goal reports and distributing daily, weekly, monthly, and year to date statistic reports -Creates and controls call center associate evaluations and provides feedback to associates and management -Coordinates associate work and training schedules -Provides feedback to management concerning all implemented policies and procedures and makes recommendations regarding how to improve on policies and procedures needing opportunities     *** This position could require access to sensitive and confidential information.  It is expected that this information remain confidential both internally and external to the company***   Individuals interested in the Collections Supervisor position needs to have at least 3 years of experience working in the collections industry and have an expert understanding of basic customer service practices.  Call center experience is a MUST HAVE.   All candidates who wish to be considered for the Collections Supervisor position must also have:   -A desire to work in a team environment and an ability to work on multiple projects at one time -Expert knowledge of call center technologies -Proficient understanding of any and all management principles including: coaching in the moment, monitoring successes and opportunities, and implementing appropriate adult learning techniques -Associates Degree in business management or equivalent is preferred -Minimum one year of management or supervisory experience -Ability to lift up to 25 lbsSalary/Pay Rate: $14 and up DOE About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
