Collections Representatives Needed

Collections Representative Our client, a large financial institution located in downtown Richmond, has an immediate need for professional and dedicated credit/collections representatives. This position requires the ability and experience processing application verification for credit and payment solicitations on overdue accounts. Responsibilities also include keeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks. Candidate must be familiar with field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must be creative and able to think independently. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Bilingual skills an additional bonus.  Requirements:Minimum of 2-4 years collection/analyst experienceHigh School Diploma Hours:Both first and second shift opportunities available. Salary:26-29K + Great Benefits. Benefits and Additional Details:This is a 90 day, contract to permanent position.
