Collections Clerk

Aggressively pursues collection of past due invoices as queued by GetPaid. Ensures focus is given to larger customers by regularly checking GetPaid contacts with the weekly aging report. Identifies and categorizes problem invoices to ensure accurate problem reporting. Maintains customer contact information and records customer interactions to ensure adequate history is maintained. Takes action to restrict credit of past due customer, coordinating where necessary with management and field sales personnel. Research and resolve customer problem inquiries for invoicing, purchase order discrepancies and pricing issues.
