Must have experience in Collections.
Review AR aging on a daily basis. Make required number of collection calls and emails on a daily basis. Research/resolve various client disputes. Work with Management to ensure timely resolution of collection and billing issues. Document information received during collection calls/email correspondence on payment issues including bill disputes, cash flow problems and unauthorized deductions. Perform various duties such as filing, faxing invoices and generating assorted reports. Computer literate, energetic, well organized, fast learner. MAS500 experience A+.
