Collections Analyst
We have currently have a Collections Analyst position available. This position is an integral component of our Accounting and Finance Organization:
Qualifications:Ability to learn rapidly Ability to multi-task Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with sales and other departmental team members High school graduate, some college desirable. A minimum of two years experience in a similar role. Attention to detail. Good communication skills and a high focus on customer service Ability to analyze and research customer questions relating to invoices. Ability to be accountable and to be able to follow through on process and projects. Experience working with the billing process (order to cash)
Collections Job Duties:Managing the collection efforts/ calls for accounts receivable portfolioDocumenting daily collections activityResearching account disputes and billing discrepanciesPerforming account/ payment reconciliationsResponding to credit inquiries from external and internal clientsIdentifying bad debt or financial exposureCollect receivables from customers.Ensure that our Days Sales Outstanding number stays in alignment with our corporate goals.Process all receivables in a timely manner.Make regular contact with clients who are delinquent in paying their invoices.
This position reports to the Controller.
