Description: Mount Auburn Hospital, a regional teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School serving the greater metropolitan Boston/Cambridge area, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to direct and oversee all financial activities related to the Hospital, its employed physician group practice, and its hospital-based home care program.

The CFO serves as a key leader on the senior management team and works closely with the President/CEO on all healthcare financial matters. The CFO provides strategic financial planning and identifies opportunities for improving fiscal performance. Serves as the senior staff leader for the Finance, Audit, and Investment Committees of the Board of Trustees.

Qualified candidates must have at least five years’ experience as a CFO or senior level healthcare financial executive with hands-on knowledge of financial management, reimbursement, and revenue cycle operations along with a track record of achievement. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required. An MBA or CPA designation and experience with risk based reimbursement models is strongly preferred. Candidates may apply to:
