We contribute to our clients’ competitive advantage through the identification, analysis and management of their risk.  We deliver professional risk transfer, risk management, loss management and actuarial services to companies, as well as financial and employee benefits consulting.The Treasury Group at Willis is at the forefront of the development of the business and is recognized as a key driver of competitive advantage.  This provides exceptional opportunities for our team to participate in wide variety of projects and activities. Title:  Cash ManagerReference code:  TRESINTNASHType of position:  Full timeLocation:  Nashville, TN  Qualifications: Â·  Minimum formal education of Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.·  Minimum two to five years experience in a corporate financial or banking environment depending upon education level.·  Additional related experience would be considered in lieu of a completed degree program.·  CCM/CTP credentials desired.·  Essential working knowledge of cash management and banking investment markets & procedures, general accounting and cash flow analysis, control environments generally and specifically as they relate to Treasury functions.·  Strong analytical, written, spoken, organizational, administrative, interpersonal and problem solving skills.  Duties: Management of Portfolio: - Pull the daily information from the banks;- Determine the daily cash position- Work with the banks in resolving any problems related to the morning balance reports; and- Facilitate the electronic transfers for the local offices. Management of the Investment Portfolios: - Solicit investment markets for rates;- Determine investment alternatives and make purchases;- Record investment purchase in Integra-T and on spreadsheets; and- Facilitate the wire transfers for the investment purchases.Perform the maintenance and administration of the Investment Portfolios within the system: - Establish new affiliates or changing affiliates records;- Allocate the daily cash inflow/outflows to the affiliates; and- Provide reports to the local offices on a daily and monthly basis.Management of the foreign exchange bank accounts: - Pull daily information from all foreign exchange accounts;- Allocate the daily inflows/outflows to the affiliates;- Facilitate the movement of funds into and out of these foreign exchange account: and- Work with the banks in resolving and problems related to the morning balance reports. Performance of cash flow analysis on the managed portfolios that shall include but not limited to cash trend analysis and cash flow forecasting. Perform analysis on the credit exposure and risks for banking relationships. Review monthly account analysis statements for banking relationships. Assist in the maintenance of the bank administration system. Act as liaison to the other offices. Ad Hoc: Allocate on a monthly basis the investment income for the Investment Portfolios. Identify and develop opportunities for efficiency in the Treasury operations. Perform and assist in the daily management of other cash and investment portfolios in the Treasury Department as needed. Maintain updated policy and procedure manual for cash management and other job responsibilities. Perform or assist in the performance of other duties or projects as required.  Willis offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including life, medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, 401k and an employee stock purchase plan as well as many other options to full time employees. Additional information on Willis may be found on its web site: www.willis.com. To apply for this position, please forward your resume via email to Leslie.Perry@willis.com and reference the title and reference code within the subject line. Do more.
