This includes interfacing with the order entry, scheduling, pricing, and expediting personnel in US and China. Other duties include: -Find Gaps in systems and processes and report out for process improvement. -Insure financial systems accurately reflect sales by verifying customer invoicing and payment. -Project manage small projects to insure timely completion -Interface with Technical Service Personnel to insure timely resolution of service issues. -Assist with understanding and standardization of customs documents. Skills: -Understanding of Oracle, order entry, billing, finance -Understanding of Chinese/US Tax Code -Customs and hazardous material expertise -Speak Mandarin Chinese preferred -Degree Preferred
