Company:Â Â Ajilon Finance Job Category:Â Â Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:Â Â SN-05102-526881 Location:Â Â CA 92064 Job Status:Â Â Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST The credit and collection specialist position will include the following duties: * Review and analyze deduction documentation. * Reconcile, collect and adjust deductions. * Call customers for information and explanations regarding issues. * Collect open invoices and deductions. * Make collection calls and write collection letters to collect on open invoices. * Minimize bad debt write offs to improve A/R collections * Attend credit related trade groups and national sales meetings. * Release all blocked delivery documents in assigned area. * Inform the sales staff of orders and order resolution. * Increase credit limits within authorized parameters. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years experience in Credit and Collections * Must have experience working with wholesalers or large retailers. * Exceptional customer service skills.
