CREDIT ANALYST

Primary responsibilities include:
· Process new credit application & maintain credit log
· Re-evaluation of credit lies and maintaining DSO
· Process credit card payments post dated checks & maintain report logs
· Daily collections
· Reconciliation of issues and NSF- returned checks
· Review daily credit hold report of sales orders
· Weekly meetings with salesman reconciling issues
· Maintain contact with collection agency
Qualifications:
· 4 + years of collections experience
· Strong in reconciliations – heavy volume of deductions
· Experience in placing accounts for legal action
· Handling daily multi-task functions
