About the Position:
We currently have an opening in our Merced office for a CPA with a minimum of 5 years experience in public accounting to join our firm. The Merced office is primarily a tax and business consulting practice with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities include:

* Compilation and review engagements
* Financial statement preparation and review
* Preparation and review of tax returns (individual, partnerships, corporations,
fiduciary and estate)
* Tax planning
* Tax research
* Tax compliance
* Business and tax consulting

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 5 years of public accounting experience and be a CPA. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks, ProSystem FX and CCH are a plus.
 
Location:
This opportunity is in Merced, CA. Located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, Merced is home to the newest University of California campus and is the gateway to Yosemite.
