Gain exposure to a broad range of business challenges such as:Middle-market corporate advisory assignments, business plan feasibility and management evaluations, creditor and lender negotiations and restructuring alternatives.Quantification of damages in either litigation based disputes or matters involving alternative dispute resolution processes.Corporate or accounting investigations, Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory compliance matters.Business valuation for disputes, mergers and acquisitions, fraudulent conveyance and solvency analyses, stock options and ESOPs, tax planning and purchase price allocations.

Compensation
