CORPORATE TAX ACCOUNTANT
Description: Our client is in search of a talented tax professional to add to their team! The Corporate Tax Accountant will work with a team of professionals and will be involved in all aspects of corporate tax reporting and compliance. Duties will include federal and state compliance, researching technical tax issues, filing various state and local returns, documenting tax work, assisting with fixed asset management including tax versus book differences, tax preparation and planning, tax operational analysis, reviewing transactions for tax planning initiatives, and various other special projects. Requirements: Our client is a long-standing and successful Montgomery based company and they will only consider highly qualified candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, plus a minimum of 2 years experience in a public accounting or industry setting. All applicants must posses the ability and desire to work in a team environment as well as the desire to learn from and interact with upper management.
