NCO provides services through over 140 offices in Antigua, Australia, Barbados, Canada, India, Panama, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom and the United States. ***********BILINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH) REQUIRED*************************** Responsibilities: Contact customers (inbound and/or outbound) to resolve their 120+ days delinquent account using the telephone/dialer Provide thorough, efficient and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made. Demonstrate effective skip tracing techniques Must have good knowledge of FDCPA guidelines, or other state laws, where applicable. Participate in various projects performed by the Collection Department. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement. Make recommendations to implement improved processes. Maintain a professional work area, appearance, and attitude. Meet department, client, individual, and team goals Perform other duties as assigned by management. High School Diploma or GED Certificate 1-2 years relevant collection experience required, bankcard collections preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to uphold highest level of confidentiality. Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment. Ability to work evenings and weekends. Ability to work with customers in a professional manner. Good telephone etiquette. Basic PC skills including Windows based programs.
