COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE Call (916) 564-1144Description: Volt Services Group is currently recruiting for collections professionals. Successful candidates will perform credit / collection functions, including analysis of payments on aging reports. Duties include placing phone calls, writing letters, making inquiries, heavy customer contact and skip tracing. Duties may involve researching billing issues, customer accounts and following up with customers to drive issues to resolution. Volt is an equal opportunity employer. Must have strong analysis and research skills as they pertain to billing issues and account reconciliation. Associates degree is highly preferred. Must be able to demonstrate strong proficiencies in working with customers and working with software programs to include MS Excel, MS Word and accounting software packages.
