CFO or CONTROLLER - Relocate

We are seeking a CFO or Controller for two of our manufacturing subsidiaries with sales of $70 million located in the South.  The corporate office is located in Houston, Texas.

We need a candidate, CPA preferred, with a strong manufacturing cost accounting background and a stable work record.
The person we seek will be the financial guts of the two companies and responsible for consolidated financial reports.
Other Duties Include:
Develop standard costing and product line performance reporting for all products.
Manage the information technology resources of the company.
Prepare all periodic financial statements and information packages.
Prepare the annual, consolidated budget.
Supervise a small accounting staff and ensure a timely accounting close.
