We have 2 Regional Very Large Law Firms in the Denver Metro Area who are looking for a CFO and a Director of Finance. Their is no job description for the CFO search as of yet, but their is for the Director of Finance. YOU MUST HAVE worked for a very large Law Firm for at least 5 years in each position. Both of these positions are open on salary. So whatever the candidate is making now, they will pay more than that to get you out here. 100% relocation is offered with both jobs. Ideally a CPA and Public Accounting for the CFO position. For the Director of Finance an MBA is required.

Description- Director of Finance

CONFIDENTIAL is seeking a Director of Finance in our Denver office. Key responsibilities include providing financial planning, budgeting, analysis (FP&A) and forecasting to our CFO and CEO. Requirements include degree in accounting or finance, MBA, CPA or CFA a plus and 6 to 10 years of corporate financial accounting experience required and law firm experience mandatory
