We are recruiting an execution driven team to be part of our mission to become a world class manufacturer. Our plant and headquarters are located just outside of Philadelphia in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania.

 

DESCRIPTION:

 

Reporting to the CEO, serves as the top financial partner of the organization.  Partners with senior management in providing both strategic and operational support across to the organization.  Directly supervises the financial/accounting unit.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Prepare for and take the company through an initial public offering Serve as the chief financial spokesperson for the organization Oversee all accounting practices, prepare budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions. Ensure sufficient cash flow to support operations and growth strategies

 

EDUCATION:

  BA degree in accounting, finance or business is a required. Masters degree in accounting, finance or business is a plus. A current CPA designation is a must.

 

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

 Minimum 5 years experience in a senior financial role within the manufacturing sector. Entrepreneurial financing experience preferred. Familiarity with the compliance of federal/state statutes and regulations, particularly Sarbanes Oxley. Excellent organizational, analytical, communication written and verbal, planning, coaching/mentoring, leadership and consensuses building skills.
