Monitor and ensure compliance of financial controls Design and implement performance measurements that monitor the department's progress toward key objectives. ·  Monitor and report department's performance in achieving it's objectives by providing  reports and analysis on all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Implement Strategic Business Plan actions for Finance and Business Control in NA ·  Provide financial analysis and forecasts · Implement efficiency and process improvements for controlling activities · Meet all global reporting, budgeting and forecasting deadlines   MBA preferred. 7 to 10 years of accounting, auditing and financial analysis Experience in a global company Expert analytical, communication, organization, & presentation skills.
