Description
Come join our team! Wewoka Nursing Center, a leader in rehabilitative and long-term healthcare, has an immediate opening for a Business Office Manager (BOM) at our 77- bed skilled nursing facilty, located in Weowka, Ok.
Job Description: In this role you will be responsible for all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Human Resources functions as well as billing activities including private billing, Medicaid, Census, Resident Trust and Ancillary input. Other responsibilities include resolve billing inquiries with residents and/or responsible parties; private billing and collections i.e. prepare, review and send private statements.

Requirements
* Two-year degree preferred.
* Should have a solid administrative skills and minimum of 1 year experience.
* Must have knowledge of insurance procedures, contracts, etc.
* Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
