We are in search of a business development administrator with professional services sales experience to support our national business development organization. As a Business Development Services (BDS) Program Manager based in our Chicago National Office, your primary responsibility will be administration and program management for national business development process and initiatives. You will report to the National Director, Business Development Services and work closely with BDS leadership and professionals, internal clients and teams, and external service providers. Specific areas of responsibility include: ' Work with regional and national business development leaders to identify and manage key infrastructure projects and programs for the national BDS organization.' Facilitate processes to leverage best practices across business lines and geographies.' Serve as key communications liaison with regional/local teams and national BDS organization ' Facilitate accountability reporting to firm leadership' Administer incentive programs for the professional sales team, including validation, processing and issue resolution' Manage telemarketing function across regions and business lines to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies' Coordinate national BDS training conferences, team meetings and conference calls and other training programs for the BDS team ' Work with HR to develop and administer consistent HR programs for the BDS organization including performance evaluations, mentoring programs, position descriptions, etc. ' Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field ' 7+ years experience in a business development or sales administration capacity with responsibility for a large regional or national program. Experience in the accounting, financial consulting, business advisory services and/or banking industries a plus.
