Business Development Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a top-performing Business Development Manager to join our dynamic business development team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding current accounts across all industry sectors in conjunction with our managers within the assigned geographic territory. In addition, the Business Development Manager will be required to schedule sales calls and submit reports of sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of developing relationships at the "C" level and for working and winning large, complex accounts. This position is characterized by a sustained record of sales achievement and complete knowledge of the company’s services. The Business Development Manager role involves:   Performing all business development activities that lead to profitable revenue and market share growth Working with business development counterparts Targeting potential clients and expanding current accounts Developing account strategies and managing the pursuit and proposal process Facilitating client meetings and serving as a value proposition expert Preparing weekly reports and updates to management  Required Education: BA/BS degree, MBA preferred Qualifications:   5+ years of working directly in the professional services industry, preferably in a consulting sales role. A CPA or CMA and professional accounting and finance experience are desirable.
