Budget Coordinator

This individual will be responsible for all aspects related to preparing the Budget. This includes capturing all items related to projected Revenue, Gross Profit, Headcount, Salaries and Benefits, Cost Recovery, Departmental Expenses and Capital Expenditures. Once all information is captured, the data will be entered on a month-by-month, department-by-department basis for 30+ cost centers.

 

 

Required Skills:

 ·          Middle market or large Corporate level Budgeting experience

 ·          Advanced Excel skills - including detail familiarity with V look-ups, and pivot tables.

·          Polished and professional - ability to work with sensitive

financial and payroll data in a confidential manner.

 ·          Strong organization and communication skills - may be interacting with all department managers, members of senior management,and partners.

 

 

Preferred Skills:

·          Prior experience with Great Plains software, and FRx financial reporting software

·          Previous experience within a promotions/marketing firm.

 

Pay rates will be in the $30 - $41/hr range. Appropriate rate will depend on experience.
