Bookkeeper/Personal and Administrative Assistant
Private entertainment based non profit foundation located in Glendale, CA seeks Bookkeeper/Personal and Administrative Assistant with an interest in the Arts.

Candidates must be proficient in Quicken, QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook, with word processing skills of at least 40wpm. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Looking for very well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, eager individual capable of multi-tasking effectively while successfully completing the following job requirements:

Prepare and draft correspondence
Set appointments - maintain calendar
Pay monthly bills
Order office supplies
Coordinate and follow-up on repairs and maintenance of office equipment
Catalogue incoming grant submissions
Prepare agendas and packets for Board Meetings.
Make travel arrangements as well as other types of reservations.
Occasionally pickup/deliver documents from bank, post office, accountant’s office, etc.
Maintain filing systems, Â photocopying, faxing and FedEx preparation.
Run personal errands
Other office related activities.

College degree or some college required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
