Bookkeeper
Werner Aero Services is a global leader in the supply of aircraft engines, aircraft spare parts and various consulting services to the aviation industry worldwide and has an immediate opening for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. Company is a small privately-held business located in Allendale, New Jersey.
Individual must be highly motivated, have a creative mind, and will be responsible for managing the recordkeeping and accounting of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable including collections of accounts Accounts Receivable Trial Balance Payroll Bank reconciliations Journal entries Closing and end of month reports
Job Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of general accounting plus the application of general accounting theory. Proficient at Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to adapt to dynamic and transitioning environments. Good written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including management. Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
Experience required:
Minimum five (5) years experience in all aspects of Accounting.
