Custom manufacturing company located in Riviera Beach is looking for an energetic accountant to join our team. Responsible for:Â
Accounts Receivable - Construction Billing (AIA documents), Invoice Billing, Cash Receipts, Post to GL, Update Supporting Schedules, Prepare deposit.Maintain Various Excel Schedules - Job Log, Completed Jobs – Labor, Materials & Overhead, Various Cash Schedules, Balance Sheet Accounts, Production Schedule, Prepare General Journal Entries.
Prepare Bank Reconciliations. - Three accounts
Input Job Information - including: Budget, Customer, Billing Information, Other Misc. Information. Post General Ledger - Weekly Payroll and General Ledger EntriesOther projects as assigned

Position reports to the Controller and will assist in the month-end & year end process as well.

Qualifications: 2-5 years experience through GL Detail Oriented Intermediate Excel, Basic Word & Outlook Working knowledge of the General Ledger and Debits & Credits Ability to work within a team Peachtree experience, job costing, and/or AIA billing documents is A+ Ability to meet deadlines & multitask
