Job Description: An independent marketing and advertising agency seeks a full timeÂ Bookkeeper to join their dynamic and creative team. Located in a contemporary office space in the heart of Los Angeles.

Must have Quick Books Experience

Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting and related administrative duties G/L reconciliation, bank and credit card reconciliation Accruals, journal entries, deferrals, tax returns and processing payments Cost variance analysis, petty cash management, cash flow and expense analysis. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, Manage accounts payable and receivable. Oversee estimates and contract agreements with clients and vendors Assist COO with Variance Analysis, P&L preparation, cost center accounting, budget preparation, monthly reporting, payroll & HR functions,Â
