Billing Administrator

The National Billing Unit within Computershare Trust Company serves as a support department in the management of our entire finance function within Canada.

Reporting to the National Billing Unit Team Leader, the Billing Administrator is responsible for managing the billing process on a group of accounts ensuring that all invoices are accurately generated, reviewed and mailed within established deadlines.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure clients are accurately invoiced for all services performed in accordance with established fee schedules and within established deadlines.

• Enter/review transactions on the billing system.

• Review fee contracts and information provided by branches to set up clients accordingly on the billing system.

• Communicate with branches on billing related issues.

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access is an absolute must.
The successful candidate will have up to 1-2 years experience in a Business Administration/Accounting/Finance environment; work experience or post secondary education.
Must be flexible, available to work overtime.
Advanced knowledge of database management is a must.
Bilingual in both French & English would be an asset.
